The group retreat was held March 8-9, 2022 at the Ridley 4-H Center in Columbia.  The retreat was supported by Dean Ashley Stokes and members of the Founding Committee that attended had representation from  each region, the 4-H camps, and UT campus of Extension.  During the retreat, the group worked on crafting the Mission Statement and Bylaws for the new association that will be known as: Tennessee Extension Association of Administrative Professionals or T-E-double A-P.  The dedication and effort from this group resulted in the association’s structure, membership, committees and ideas for a logo. Not only was it productive in work, the group enjoyed their time committed to the concept that the catch phrase “Better Together” will lend itself to all Administrative Professionals that serve Extension across the state.
