If you are traveling and need lodging for the conference,
you will be responsible for booking your own reservation.

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University, in the heart of downtown, combines comfort with practical amenities. Guests can enjoy meals at Mahogany’s Restaurant (not included in group room rate), work out in the 24/7 fitness center, or relax with a swim in the indoor pool.

The link will work until 30 days prior to the first arrival date. On that day unreserved rooms of the block will drop from the group’s inventory. After that day, there is no guarantee that the rate will be available.
Individuals must choose their arrival and departure dates to accurately reflect their stay.
The GROUP CODE field will automatically populate with the group code, when their arrival and departure dates are put in.
The basic room type, rooms with two queen beds, will be the room type associated with the block.
After the cut-off date, attendees need to contact the hotel directly to make a reservation in the block.
Note: If attendees try the booking link, and their stay is for days earlier than the first arrival date, or after the last date of the room block, contact the hotel to make their reservation. The reservation manager, Jamie Julius, is available Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 4:30pm Eastern, at 865-522-2600.
Attendees can have other room types, including accessible, but they need to contact the hotel directly to secure it. A room with one king bed will add $15 to the nightly charge.
